For most procedures in Portugal, if submitting documents to official entities, they must all be in Portuguese language and have a certified or notarized translation, in order to be accepted. We provide such certification services on all types of documents (e.g. statements or contracts).

4. OTHER SERVICES

When a foreigner citizen purchases a property in Portugal, there are many services that distance, language and other obstacles make it difficult to solve. Most of those services are often initiated by the negotiation and signature of a contract. Such are the cases of contracts with real-estate agencies, insurance companies, labour contracts with house hold employees and contracts with utility companies (e.g. property maintenance or security).

It is also the case where foreigner vehicles are concerned which must follow certain requirements in order to be able to freely circulate within the Portuguese territory.
